The Heart Sūtra (Sanskrit: प्रज्ञापारमिताहृदय Prajñāpāramitā Hṛdaya; Chinese: 般若波羅蜜多心經) is a well-known Mahāyāna Buddhist sūtra that is very popular among Mahāyāna Buddhists both for its brevity and depth of meaning. Its Sanskrit name Prajñāpāramitā Hṛdaya literally translates to the "Heart of the Perfection of Transcendent Wisdom." Buddhist writer and translator Red Pine calls the Heart Sūtra the best known and most popular of all Buddhist scriptures. Despite the common name Heart Sūtra, the word sūtra is not present in known Sanskrit manuscripts.

A. the Heart Sutra is the shortest and the most popular sutra in Buddhism. The six hundred volumes of the Maha Prajna Sutra are summarized by the Diamond Sutra in around 5000 words, and the Diamond Sutra is summarized by the Heart Sutra in around 250 words. The Heart Sutra is regarded as the summation of the wisdom of Buddha. It expresses perfectly the insight attained by non-attachment, the doctrine of emptiness. Many Buddhist around the world recite the Heart Sutra daily. However, they may not really and fully understand what it is. Some of them may have incredible response, and benefits. In Buddhism, reciting Buddha-name and sutra has great merit and virtues. And, it is one of the effective ways in cultivation of Buddhist Way. In nearly… [cont.]

Suspecting that my wife has been cheating on me, should i cheat on my wife just to get some too?
Q. I confronted my wife about whether she has been cheating on me or not. She became so angry she screamed at me, in such a way that i never dare ask her again. In the past, she has come home late, sometimes with dumb excuses. i let it go, but then i noticed she never wanted to do it with me. i am not a harsh lover, i even learned massage, read books, and even learned kama sutra techniques. Still nothing seems to phaze her. i became suspicious so i just asked her one day are you cheating? That is when she blew up in a rage. so people should a guy like me stoop low and get some somewhere else or just continue not satisfying the natural urges of casual sex with my wife. We have gone one whole month without sex, what gives? i have tryed to get… [cont.]

A. DON'T stoop to her level! At the end of the day, YOU are the one that has to look in the mirror and like what you see. Be the better person and don't cheat.

Can you give me tips on how to write a sestina poem please here is one i tried?
Q. In our future I truly trust, Karma Sutra and devoted emotion, No feeling of soulless lust, Too Healing love lays my true devotion Divert my plan I feel i must For Our Destiny is a spinning wheel in motion, Intertwine souls full of motion, To achieve our goals first we need to trust, in where I place my main devotion Conceals no shame of the traits of lust, That of strong and fatal emotion, Will last long but cradle only love we must, Dedicate to a worthy course all must, To separate mind and heart in equal motion, And allowing them to prosper in trust, By empowering love in you to show devotion, Give in to ideals of treacherous lust, Then never be healed from lecherous emotion, I try to understand the depths of your emotions So grand… [cont.]

A. If the first stanza's lines were numbered 123456, then the words ending the second stanza's lines should appear in the order 615243, the third: 364125, the fourth: 532614, the fifth: 451362, and finally the sixth: 246531. Thus the word order for stanza one is: 1 = trust 2 = emotion 3 = lust 4 = devotion 5 = must 6 = motion therefore the second stanza's lines would end in this order: motion, trust, must, emotion, devotion, lust As you can see...your poem doesn't match this format, but you made a good effort. The easiest way to avoid this is to set up your end word patterns in advance and fill in the lines prior to the words as you go. Have fun with it...it isn't an easy form to master, but you appear to have a good ear and I think… [cont.]
